Position the hand, finger along the skin until inevitably reaching that precious dip. Press, insist: inside.
Dip, hook, begin; hear the small moist sounds of the circumnavigation, side of your finger advancing into it. It will mostly yield the first time around. Blink at the rich scent of it slowly giving way, then suddenly shifting in your hand, ready to turn completely inside out.
Past the preliminaries - split, localize, pause to examine what was hidden. Move in: firm against the tongue, swelling under the pressure, teeth the perfect anvil for the task.
Sudden, sharp, seductive taste, all through the mouth at once with perfect generosity. The kind of good that tells you more is better.
Oh, my darling.... oh.
Seriously, have a clementine; there's nothing really like them.
Practice until you can barehand the peel right off them, in one long happy strip.
