Today we went for a long drive, and we saw Mammaw Jean, and the cousins, and we played on the swings for hours and hours, and we saw horsies and cows, and then we stayed up late and Daddy drove us to go see fireworks and there was a helicopter over us watching too and it was really loud.

It was a good day. Lord, that child can grin.
